A few common questions.
01
Do I need an appointment?
Not strictly, walk-ins are always welcome. Booking ahead means we can have your drawing prepared and ready to nest and render live.
02
What should I bring?
Plans or a sketch (anything goes), the cabinet sample if you have one, and reference images. If you would like to bring someone, designers, family members and friends to help you decide are always welcome.
03
Is there a charge for the visit?
No. We do not charge for visitation. Samples, live drawings and nesting are all complimentary.
04
Is parking on-site?
Yes, please drive up the driveway to Factory 4 / 15 Ramage St. Larger vehicles are welcome.
05
How long does a visit take?
First-time visitors usually stay 45 minutes to an hour and a half. We never rush. Bring a coffee and ask us all the questions you have.
06
Can I bring my designer or builder?
Please do. The best visits are with the people who will spec, build or install the project. We love a packed table.
